I shall be asking new students and/or their parents to read and confirm they accept this notice, to ensure that they are aware of the new rules and my compliance with them.

Booking a lesson implies agreement with these terms and conditions.
In the event that a student can't attend a booked lesson, a reschedule may be offered if there is a suitable time available. If there is no suitable time, the lesson will be forfeit, and no refund will be available. Cancellations without notice will always result in a forfeit lesson, and the lesson fee will still be payable.
Lesson times are booked on a first-come-first-served basis.
Pupils are expected to practise between lessons. Progress is likely to be considerably greater with practice.
While I am happy to encourage pupils to take exams, the decision to enter for any exam is at my discretion, whether the entry is input by me or by another party.
In order to comply with Data Protection rules, every student and/or their parent is required to read and confirm they accept my Privacy Notice. The Notice may be seen on my website too, for future reference.
